WHY WE LIKE IT
We could mention liking this coffee for its rare origin, as Chinese coffees are hard to come by. Or, we could mention our admiration for Project One Light's dedication and the success they bring, which adds to our liking. And we can't forget to mention the unique Catimor varietal, which thrives in the Yunnan climate.
But above all, we love this coffee for its delicious flavor. It's especially exceptional when brewed for a filter, showcasing notes of lychee and peach tea, but these notes will not be missed in your espresso brews also.
