the dark pony blend has been created for those of you who describe their choice of coffee as strong, rich, or bold. This blend combines beans from various origins, varietals, and processes, seasonally selected, all with one thing in common: a rich, full-bodied profile with deep flavours. 

the dark pony blend works best for white coffees where the big chocolate-caramel-malty notes can push through. For black coffee you can expect a cup that is heavy and robust tasting. 

for the dark pony blend we stretch out the roast a little longer, so we can develop the beans to their best potential, without increasing the bitterness. No greasy black beans here, just carefully selected, quality beans, roasted well.
